Please note that the displayed photos represent the types of gifts and arrangements we offer, and actual items may vary depending on availability.

Substitutions

To guarantee on-time delivery, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. We take great care to ensure any replacements are of equal or greater value and stay true to the original theme and category of your chosen gift.

  • Flowers: Substitutions may occur in color or variety if the requested blooms are unavailable.

  • Accessories: Items such as vases, baskets, stuffed toys, and chocolates may vary in size, shape, brand, or color, depending on stock availability.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to almost all locations across the Philippines. However, in cases where the delivery address is too far from our courier office—or falls outside of our delivery coverage—the recipient may be required to pick up the order from the nearest courier office. In such cases, both the recipient and the buyer will be notified in advance.

Shipping charges still apply for both direct deliveries and courier office pickups. While we do not guarantee an exact delivery time, we will ensure that deliveries are made within the requested day. Customers may request morning, afternoon, or evening delivery, but exact time commitments cannot be assured.

Service Limitations

  • Liability: CebuFlorist.Com is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Refunds & Replacements: Refunds are not offered. However, items may be replaced if returned within 3 working days by the recipient.

  • Multiple Merchants: Some products are sourced from different merchants. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, deliveries may arrive separately. In some cases, we can arrange for simultaneous delivery upon request.

Delivery Policies

  • Our couriers have the right to deliver to anyone available at the specified address. If the recipient is unavailable, someone at the address may accept and sign for the item.

  • During extreme weather conditions—such as typhoons or heavy rainfall—delivery guarantees may be temporarily suspended.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed delivery. Please note that refunds will not be issued for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • CebuFlorist.Com reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.
